JEE Main 2017 and JEE Advanced 2017 Qualified and Registered Candidates can check their allotment result on the official website at http://josaa.nic.in. First round reporting for Seat Acceptance from 29-06-2017 to 03-07-2017. Candidates must note that time for reporting at report center is from 10 AM to 5 PM only.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2017 has been set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate the joint seat allocation for admissions to 97 institutes for the academic year 2017-18. This includes 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 20 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). Admission to all the academic programs offered by these Institutes will be made through a single platform.
JoSAA will conduct seven rounds i.e, 1st through 7th rounds of seat allocation for academic programs offered by Institutes under JoSAA 2017.
A candidate who has been allocated a seat is allowed to download the “Provisional Seat Allocation Letter” and an e-challan for remittance of seat acceptance fee.
Rs.20,000/- for candidates with the category tag SC, ST, GEN-PWD, OBC-NCL-PWD, SC-PWD or ST-PWD. For all other candidates, Rs.45,000/-.
